Four hours. From a feeling to a painting.
A private, 1-on-1 slow painting session to channel your emotions onto the canvas, and refine it into a finished piece of fine art.
The Intention
Most intuitive painting spaces stop at raw expression. You release what’s inside, but you're often left with a chaotic canvas and no clear idea of where to take it next.
Traditional art classes go to the opposite extreme: they focus strictly on technique, leaving no room for your actual feelings.
This painting session brings both together. It gives you space to get everything out without judgment, followed by the guidance you need to shape those raw marks into a balanced, complete piece of art you feel proud to hang on your wall.
Come as you are. Let’s make art that’s unapologetically you!
What’s Included
A private, 4-hour painting experience combining intuitive expression with an artist's eye for colour, composition and visual balance. Make space for what wants to emerge, then work with me to develop it into a finished painting of your own.

HOW IT WORKS: THE TWO-PHASE METHOD
Phase 1: Intuitive / Soma Flow
We begin with intuition, which often starts from the body. Using paint, movement, and intuitive mark-making, you let whatever is inside you land on the canvas: be it grief, joy, chaotic energy, or feelings without names yet. No judgement, no rules, no expectations, and no worrying about what it looks like.
Phase 2: Artistic Integration
Once that raw expression is on the canvas, we start looking through an artist’s lens. Working closely with your vision & what you want the piece to feel like, I guide you through color balance, depth, and composition, helping you refine those initial marks into a balanced piece you feel proud to hang on your wall.
We'll play with different themes and mixed mediums, including acrylics, crayons, ink, pencils and gouache, to create art that reflects your unique voice. We will have honest and reflective conversations along the way as the piece unfold, not to pick the art apart, but to help you connect with what came out.

I’m Elaine, your intuitive art guide.
My work brings together intuitive somatic flow and fine art craftsmanship. Through years of meditation, healing journey and my own studio practice, I’ve learned that raw release is only the first half of creative alchemy. Bringing structure and visual balance to an intuitive expression doesn't sanitize the truth of what you felt. Instead, it gives that feeling an enduring container and a beautiful home for further reflections. I hold a calm, supportive space so you can experience both halves of the journey.
I've also long held the belief that art can convey insightful messages and serve as a medium for exploring infinite possibilities. Painting, is now a way for me to deepen my self-knowledge and connect more intimately with both myself and the universe.
My practice hasn't always been entirely intuitive. When I first started painting intuitively I knew I wanted to express my inner self, my soul, but I didn't really know how to do it properly. “Am I connecting to the right flow?” “Is this how it feels like?” “Is it correct?” “Why am I creating a mess?” “Is my soul really speaking to me?” I imagine that you may have similar questions and doubts.
That's why I'm hosting this painting session to share my process for accessing our creative flow within. Over time, this has become one of my signature offerings, bringing together intuitive exploration, reflective conversation and the craft of developing a painting.
What makes my sessions unique?
I specialize in the art of intuitive painting, offering contemplative and reflective art sessions. Every session invites you to connect with parts of yourself that typical art classes don’t reach.
My approach brings together uplifting, values-based intuitive painting and the teachings of my mentors, Cordyket's Inheanity Modality, which enriches my practice and the way I guide others through painting.
My practice is informed by somatic awareness and artistic craftsmanship. I guide participants in exploring their own creative expression, then help them develop their paintings through colour, depth and composition.
I use professional grade art materials provided during the art sessions.
I don't use a top-down instructional approach. Instead, I paint alongside participants, fostering a co-creative environment where everyone learns and inspires one another.
Set in my personal home studio, creating an intimate, nurturing space that supports relaxation, introspection, and genuine creative freedom, away from busy commercial areas or shoplots.
Small class sizes for personalized experience, perfect for introverts (for group sessions).
I provide bespoke (personalized) options after you’ve completed a guided session, allowing you to choose themes, materials, and approaches that fit your personal goals and interests.

I’m not a trained art therapist, and my sessions are not art therapy. I offer strength-based, hope-inducing art prompts to help you explore your creativity, experiment with spontaneity and express yourself through painting.
Painting can be a deeply therapeutic activity, but each person’s experience is different. You might find yourself exploring a dreamscape, playing with colours or discovering something unexpected along the way.
If you’re seeking professional support for emotional or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified therapist who can support your needs.

In Their Words
“Elaine began the session with some grounding then proceeded with prompts and introduced the medium we will work with for each of the process. Even though I am naturally relaxed, I can sense the emotions that emerged and being able to release that on canvas was cathartic. I was able to express freely on canvas and to tell the story without fear of judgement. Overall, Elaine was a great facilitator. She was patient, the prompts were clear and I was able to connect to myself well. She also provided a safe space (no judgement). Even though she provided technical guidance, I was also able to experiment freely.
Lastly, even though I have not experienced art therapy and Elaine took the time to point out that she is not a therapist, I was therapeutic for me.”
— Yeen L“From an empty canvas to one filled with colour, messages and wisdom. I never expected to go so deep, but with Elaine's guidance, I found myself exploring much more than I anticipated. The session helped me bring my emotions, thoughts and fears to the surface, and consider what it would mean to accept myself as I am. I had a revelation about my potential when I become less resistant and more accepting. Elaine made it easy for me to express myself just as I am.”
— Elena“Elaine is a great mentor so even if you do not have any experience in painting; she will not force the creativity juice outta you. Think of her as the guiding hand to express your energy and mind onto your canvas; and then it will flow. She’s also great in getting the conversation going and engaging. I really love the 3 part meditations we went before each layer paintings. Would love to do it again! 10/10!”
— Rabbani“I took leave from work and was wondering how to spend my me time fully. Instead of a travel vacation, I decided to enrol in Elaine's workshop without having much expectation.
To my surprise, I had an indulgent painting journey during the 4-day workshop with her. The place is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood in USJ. I love the artistic ambience and the pleasant music playing in the background.
Every session was intuitive, and Elaine passionately guided me as a beginner to explore the day's topic at my own pace, express myself freely through sharing work-life experiences, and experiment with different tools and methods to capture special moments on the canvas.
I enjoyed the many conversations that led us to self-discovery and reflection. I encourage whoever is trying to explore their spiritual self to try out one session with Elaine.”
