How does it work?
Fill in the details and follow the instructions below for payment. After submitting the form, you will receive a CODE in the digital gift card via email. Use this code to book your session anytime within the validity period. Please note this is a digital gift card, and no physical card will be mailed. The gift card will be emailed directly to your recipient, with a copy sent to you for your reference upon completing the purchase.
How long will the gift card be valid for?
Gift card is valid for up to ONE(1) YEAR from the date of purchase and can be use to book for Elaine's Intentional Intuitive Painting Playshop sessions.
Participant criteria:
Suitable for Beginners (no experience needed)
Adults only (Age 18+ and above)
Can I/the recipient use this gift card for playshop session that exceed its value?
Yes, you/the participant can apply the gift card towards a session of greater value. The remaining balance can be paid during the registration process. For example, if you gifted a MYR500 session, but the participant wishes to register for 2 sessions, they can use the gift card and simply pay the difference to cover the cost of the remaining session.
Will my gift card be affected if the playshop session prices increase?
If you purchased a gift card before a price increase, we will honor the original session rates at the time of purchase. However, if the recipient chooses a session with a higher rate after a price increase, they will need to pay the difference based on the new rates. This way, the gift card retains its full value while allowing flexibility in session selection.
Is the gift card transferable or refundable?
Yes, the gift card is transferable. You can share it with someone else if you are unable to use it or would like to gift it to another person. Upon registration, the recipient will need to provide some personal details and preferences so that Elaine can tailor the session to suit their individual needs and ensure a personalized experience. However, once purchased, the gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Can the recipient adjust or reschedule their session dates?
Yes, the recipient can easily adjust or reschedule their session dates, subject to availability. We aim to provide flexibility and ensure a stress-free experience, so if changes are needed, simply contact us to arrange a new date.
